Good To The Last Drop

My favorite of the Florida shore birds is the Roseate Spoonbill.  Their brilliant rose colored pumage and distinctive spoon shaped beak make them uncommonly beautiful.  I'm also fascinated with the sweeping motions they make while feeding.  What's not to love?!!?

This one is depicted backlit with the warm setting sun reflecting on the water.  The droplet falling from it's beak into the rippling water below took me back to a tag line from an old 1970's coffee commercial!  "Good to the last drop!"
